Common fallacies in the industry

What they don't tell you

In the cannabis world, there are many ideas circulating that don't always help you make informed choices. At HEADZ, we believe in a more informed, conscious, and sensorial culture. Here, we share two concepts worth reviewing:

1. Indica, Sativa, or Hybrid? It's not that simple.

Cannabis has long been classified according to its growth pattern: tall, slender plants versus more compact, robust ones. While this distinction makes sense in cultivation, it doesn't truly explain the experience each strain offers .

As our experts at 710 Labs say:
"You'll never hear us describe how our cannabis will make you feel. Research has shown that the effect you experience is determined by the interaction of hundreds of different cannabinoids and terpenes with your endocannabinoid system."

And we couldn't agree more.

What really makes the difference is the profile of natural compounds present in the flower: especially the aromas (terpenes) and the CBD levels, which together can provide very different sensations.

That's why two flowers that look similar can offer completely opposite nuances. At HEADZ, we prefer to talk about aromatic characteristics, dominant notes, and subtle sensations , rather than pigeonholing a flower by its structure.

2. Not everything can be summed up in numbers.

It's common to focus on a specific percentage when choosing a flower. However, the experience each variety offers doesn't depend solely on that number.

CBD content, for example, can provide balance and depth, especially when accompanied by a rich, well-preserved aromatic profile . Factors such as batch freshness, drying, and curing also play a role, which can completely transform the final product's quality.

A flower that smells good, feels alive to the touch, and retains its original nuances often speaks for itself.

In HEADZ

We don't follow clichés or empty formulas. We select each batch for its aromatic quality, its natural structure, and its ability to accompany you with presence, without overwhelming you.

Aromas that accompany you.
